For managing agents · Now onboarding trial partners

We're building the one-stop shop for managing agents to run their business.

Keystone Suite is in active build. We're looking for trial agents to run their operations on it and work with us to build a bespoke integration layer between Keystone and their registered provider's software — so tenants, properties, employees, and documents live in one place and populate the right tools.

What's live, and what we're building next.

Plain about the build state. The foundations are in. The integration and intelligence layers are being shaped with our first trial agents.

Compliance isn't an add-on. It's the substrate.

Most housing systems treat compliance as a bolt-on — a checklist module wired onto the side. Keystone is built the other way round. The regulations that govern supported exempt accommodation are the substrate of the data model.

That means your team gets compliance evidence as a by-product of doing the work — not a second job alongside it. Every tenancy, every property, every action is captured against the obligations it satisfies.

Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023

Regulatory obligations surfaced in-product with the evidence to back them up.

Housing Act 1996

Exempt-accommodation criteria built directly into tenancy records.

UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018

Lawful processing, immutable audit log, retention controls by design.

ISO 27001-aligned hosting

Encrypted at rest, role-based access, UK-hosted infrastructure.

What trial agents get.

A working product, the people behind it, and an integration layer built around your stack.

01 / 04

Early access

Run your operations on Keystone while we build it out alongside you. Use what's live today; help shape what's next.

02 / 04

A direct line to the team

Talk to the people writing the product. Your priorities go straight onto the roadmap, not into a queue.

03 / 04

A bespoke RP integration

We build the integration layer between Keystone and your registered provider's software — tenants, properties, documents, populated where they need to go.

04 / 04

No per-seat pricing during trial

Bring your whole team. Pricing kicks in once the product is doing real work for you, on terms agreed up front.

How a trial works.

Talk to us

Tell us how your agency runs, which registered provider(s) you work with, and what's currently slow or painful. We'll work out together whether a trial makes sense.

We build the integration

We build the integration layer between Keystone and your RP's software so tenants, properties, employees, and documents move cleanly between the two.

Run on Keystone

Your team operates day-to-day in Keystone. The integration keeps the RP side in sync. We keep building, with your feedback shaping what comes next.
